When is the team online?
The web care team is online from Monday till Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. You most certainly can also ask a question outside these hours. In that case, you will receive an answer as soon as we are back online.
Only public information
Our answers can sometimes help several people. For that reason, we answer as many questions as possible publicly. Therefore, never submit your personal information via Twitter or Facebook. Not even via direct or private messages. When we do need your personal information after all, we will refer you to our customer service.
