Visiting a Service Desk
You are welcome to visit one of the DUO Service Desks for personal assistance. Note, however, that you will have to identify yourself, so please bring a valid proof of ID – a passport, ID card, driving licence or residence permit.

Our Service Desks are open by appointment only. Appointments must be made online in advance; this is not possible at the Service Desk.
