DUO cannot answer questions about your DigiD, OV-chipcard or health care benefit. If you have a question about integration, you also have to visit another website.

Arrange it online

Making an application or reporting a change in your situation? Arrange it in Mijn DUO. You cannot do this by phone or email.

Personal contact

Do you need information about someone else from DUO? Then you have to arrange an authorisation first.
