You want a reliable answer to your question as soon as possible. You can ask your question online via social media. Do you prefer personal contact? Our customer service will gladly assist you.

Questions for other organisations

Sometimes you have to contact DUO for an answer to your question, sometimes another organisation. DUO cannot answer questions about your DigiD, OV-chipcard or health care benefit. If you have a question about integration, you also have to visit another website.

Arrange it online

Making an application or reporting a change in your situation? Arrange it in Mijn DUO. You cannot do this by phone or email.

Do you need information about someone else from DUO? Then you have to arrange an authorisation first.
