With a weekday subscription you can travel for free on weekdays, and at a discount at weekends. With a weekend subscription you can travel for free at weekends, and at a discount on weekdays. From Tuesday to Friday you will have to pay the full rate during peak hours (before 9 a.m.).

The summer period runs from 16 July 4 a.m. to 16 August 4 a.m.
The discount applies to all public transport in the Netherlands. The discount rate is 40% for trains and 34% for trams, buses, metros and water buses.
Discount for fellow travellers
On the trains, up to 3 people can travel with you at a discount. The discount for fellow travellers applies from 9 a.m. on weekdays, and all day at weekends.
