Pupil count forms
The pupil count is the basis to determine funding for schools in Caribbean Netherlands. The count dates are as follows:

Primary education - Bonaire, Saba and St Eustatius
Primary education has 2 count dates: 1 February and 1 October. The pupil count of 1 February 2024 is the basis for funding in calendar year 2025.
We use the pupil counting date of 1 October to determine the subsidies for ‘expertisecentra onderwijszorg (EOZ’s)’.

Secondary education- Saba and St Eustatius
With this form, you report the number of students for which your educational institution may receive funding in 2025. The count date for the submission is 1 October 2024.
Submission
- Scan the completed form.
- Email it to caribisch.nederland@duo.nl.
- For the 1 October count, DUO must receive the form no later than 15 October 2024.
