Overview registered count data (OGT)
The Board receives the Overview registered count data (OGT) by email. The OGT contains the registered count data to determine funding.

The data in the OGT is taken from the reference count form. Please ensure that the information in this form and in your records is the same. The accountant will check both the OGT and the reference count form.
Correction necessary
Is the information in the OGT incorrect? Report this within 2 weeks of the date the letter was sent. Make a copy of the OGT and use a red pen to clearly mark the detailed corrections. Send the scanned report to caribisch.nederland@duo.nl. The Board will then receive a corrected OGT by email.
